what salad dressing, or bbq do you eat.

anyone know of a good salad dressing, bbq sauce ect, we can eat. I am almost 4 weeks post-op, and am craving salad unbelievably. need to know what everyone else is eating, I want solid food, that won't hurt me. Thanks, Trish
