Anyone has Aetna PPO and how long approval takes

Hi everyone , thanks for great advice on stop smoking before WLS, not smoking anymore.My last preop appointment is next week and I will have completed the prepatory program for Aetna, and they will resubmit back to insurance company. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get response from Aetna, Trying to stay positive, did everything they have asked me to.
