Anyone know of any WLS friendly Dr's in the Dayton, OH area?

I recently returned to Ohio after 18 months of living in Florida and my previous PCP is no longer covered by my insurance (BCBS of IL PPO). Does anyone know of any WLS friendly PCP's in this area? I would prefer a woman but at this point I'm open to anyone. Thank you!!
