why does my pouch still fill up fast??

bourngorno Paisanos i eat slowly chew my food well .im not complaining believe me but my pouch fills up fast and i worry sometimes if im getting enough protien in ,e .im lucky if i get 30 grams of protien in me i know i need at least 70 grams ..but if i fill up and cant put no more food in my stomach ill just throw it up and thats no god..i have been eating a few pistacho nuts, peanuts and cashews to make up the protien..but like i said the pouch fills up fast like since i had the surgery ..grazia joann
