Im Losing My Hair!!

(Please help, dont be mean) 4mos post op bypass... 21yr old... I knew this day would come but how much will I lose? Will it come back? When? Can I take anything to stop it?? I wanted to be thin and healthy but not bald and thin!!!! :(
