Who had the Sleeve Surgery

Did your insurance company pay for it ?????? Or did you have to pay on your own. What is the cost? Surgery sleeve here is $18,000.00 which pays for everything hospital, anthes...dr. and etc. But most insurances won't pay for. it. So Wonder what insurance you had...thxs
