Hi all im only a week out BUT im wondering if im eating too much?

one wk out and im eating a whole bowl of oatmeal the rt one im suppose to be eating and im eating like a whole bowl of cream of soup for dinner and maybe cottage cheese for dinner and of course im getting in at least3 protein shakes and waters as well so im just worried i dont' feel sick but when im finished im satisfied is the feeling i will say..
