Does anyone have their pre-op and post op diet on hand????

I am trying to get ahold of a pre-op and post op diet plan. I have been approved for surgery and have a tenative sx date of Feb 3rd. After months and months of doctors appointments to get ready and thousands of dollars. My doctors office tells me today that my nutritional evaluation wasn't good enough. I paid $250.00 for an hour. And now i have to go to another dietician, so i just want to make sure i am prepared for the appointment. Thank you in advance.
