EATING WHEN BAND IS TIGHT

Hi... Yesterday I had a fill under x-ray with barium due to my slow weight loss. I have a large band and before my fill yesterday , I had 7 and the doc. filled me to 8.5. I am really really restricted and do not know what I should be eating. I am not used to being this restricted and today I had soup again for lunch. I know I can not keep eating soup. can anyone give me some ideas of what they eat when there band is this tight.
