crystal light focus

OMG i just realized i was drinking crystal light focus ..it has caffeine in it to enhance mental energy ...so they say.. what is the reason again why we should stay away from caffeine? i've been drinking 3 to 4 a day .is this bad?if yes it will all go to the trash. thanks
