How can I get 70-75 grams of protein a day?
I am a snacker and I can't find anything with more than 5 grams of protein in it that's healthy besides full tv dinners and most of those have loads of sodium which doesn't help my blood pressure. Also I don't want to sit there and have to measure and cook up something that takes longer to cook than to eat. I'm a stay at home mom and I'm always on the go so I need something practical yet inexpensive too. So any ideas on how to get 70-75 grams of protein in a day without feeling like I'm eating all day long but also without having to eat food that taste like card board???
