I have gain a lot of weight

I am thinking about revision but I want that to be my last resort I have gain close to 95lb I am about close to 4yrs out weight 306 now I would like to know has any one gain that much weight and was able to lose the weight without any revision. and if neighborhood health insurance covered the revision in miami
