International Plastic Surgery Web Sites

I know in the past that I have seen some postings with web sites listed of good plastic surgeons located outside the US...but I can not find those postings now. Does anyone have personal experience with plastic surgery outside the US...and do you have the web site for those surgeons? I still have some months to go before I am at goal weight but I'd like to start researching now.
