What pain medication if most used post-op.

My concern is be sick to my stomach. I know there are certain medications that do not make you feel sick to your stomach. Vicodan, loratab , tylenol 3 or 4 have always made me feel a little queazy with food. I can only imagine with out eating too much... anyone have any suggestions on pain meds that do not make you feel so sick
