Help-I have to order my student nursing uniforms right befor surgery!!!!

They will be ordered the last of Sept. and my surgery is 10-2. I start clinicals in November. I don't know how to order them because I'll be losing a lot(I hope) of wt. Anyone been through anything similar!!
