Does anyone know if Cane juice is a natural sugar or an added suger?

I found these protein bars, there called LUNA Protein, it doesnt have any of the added sugars that i have normally seen before, but it does containe Cane Juice. I am afraid of dumping sydrome i havent had it yet and i dont want too! Is Cane juice a natural sugar?
