feeling harassed by surgeon

I've lost close to 70 lbs since RNY on 11/18/08, weighed in 297lbs. My surgeon keeps telling me I am not losing weight fast enough. I am proud of my weight loss but wondering if anyone else has had this experience? Of course I have emotional issues about my weight and his comments don't help.
