IS Nausea & Vomiting a BIG Problem or Not?????

I have always had trouble with Post Op N & V anyway and with WLS I am VERY VERY worried that this is going to be my own personal hell. WHAT suggestions do any of you have. To ask my doc about or for. What do's and don'ts to prevent this or lessen it. Thank you very much.
