A few questions, please help me!!!!
I am almost 3 months post op. I have had an excellent result so far!! I NEVER get sick or vomit from foods, I meet and work out with my trainer 3 days a week and do cardio on my own 2 days a week. My question is this, I feel as though I am not losing weight fast enough (if that is possible) I am down a total of 55lb which is fantastic please dont misunderstand me) I have been losing approx 1.5lb-2lb a week - which is normal for an average person dieting - I feel as though I should be losing more, is this considered a plateau? Will it pick up? Also, I am paranoid about what I eat!! I focus on protein, I do not count calories. Should I be eating like someone would on a diet or should I eat normal just always eat the protein portion first? Lastly, I notice that I can eat a good deal of food now verses a month ago, is this because the swelling as gone down and I have more room now? Like I stated I never vomit and I absolutely do not eat until I feel uncomfortable or ill. I by no means want to stretch my pouch out and this scares me!!! Should I start to stop eating when I mentally picture food equvilant to an egg or keep doing what Im doing?? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
