What is the best liquid vitamin to take after surgery?

Ok. I am having surgery in 2 months and I want to start taking a really good vitamin. I have seen on here where lots of people are take a liquid vitamin because it absorbs better for the bypass patients. Can someone please let me know the name of the liquid vitamin. Thanks SO much.
