I'm about 3yrs out and gained 10 to 15lbs in 2 months.

I find it annoying trying to measure my food. How do you know how much you should be eating I don't like measuring everything that I have to eat. I know weigh 160 and the lowest that I weighed was 145 I would like to stay at 150 but am finding it difficult to drop the 10lbs.
