Is there any alternatives resources

I am in a very low income bracket. I am on state covered medical plan. I have received 2 denials. I have spinal stenosis in my back (vertebrae pinching spinal cord). Neurologist won't do surgery because of weight (378). I have applied for SSDI but am awaiting hearing on appeals process.
