How Long should I weight to think about plastic surgeries

I had my gastic on sept 8,2003 and I started out at 485 and I am now 360 I started out in a bra size of 52g and I can now wear a 52ddd bra but they are bothering me so much now because they are hanging so much. I am needing to know should I bear the pain and wait until I lose more weight or can I go ahead and do it. I know they r gonna wait until I get closer to my goal before I can have the abdominoplasty but I am wondering if I need to wait until I lose more weight for my breast. I have already seen a Dr. who is willing to do it but they just told me that I can go as small as I want and I know as I lose more weight they may go down more. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
