Not losing 3 weeks post op

PLease someone tell me that this is normal and has happpend to others. I am 3 wks post op and have not lost anything in over a week could this be right so early. What is going on. I lost 39 pounds the first week and a half and now nothing which I know that is great most loose this in the first month. Is this gonna pick back up? Please help I hope this isn't it.
