I need a WLS-friendly/knowledgeable PCP in Pensacola, FL

I live in Pensacola, but will be having my surgery done by Dr Dennis Smith in Marietta, GA. My previous PCP has left West Florida so I am looking for one that has experience maybe with other post-ops and can aid in the aftercare of WLS. He/she needs to be a Beech Street Provider as well (I can find that out myself though if anyone can throw some names my way!) Thanks in advance! =)
