Did carrots make me dump?

I had boiled carrots with a piece of fish for dinner tonight and about five minutes after I began eating, I got sick. Could the sugar in carrots cause me to dump? I have had some small amounts of sugar at other times, and I have not been bothered at all. I am almost 7 wks post-op lap roux en y. Thank You
