HOW TO STOP VERY BAD GAS BUIL;D UP AND LETTING OFF GAS CONSTANTLY?HOW CAN IT BE STOPP

im 5 months out and lost only 56 lbs so far aND IM ALLWAYS FULL OF GAS AND NONE STOP SEEPING OUT AND A HORRIBLE SMELL ITS EMBARRESING WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT THIS GAS BUILD UP AND REALLY BAD LETTING GAS OFF PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
