extremely dry feet.

I drink more water than I am suppose to. I was wondering if anyone else has extremely dry feet. I put lotion on at least a couple times a day. If I dont put lotion on them before I goto bed in the morning they are PAINFULLY dry. I had RNY a year ago April 30th. Any help is appreciated!
