Does anyone know of any Spandex Mid Length Underware for men?

I have searched the interent for a source of Spandex Undergarments for men to use until I can have the excess skin removed from my waist. It just hangs around my middle below my waist line. Because of the skin, my wiast is 5" smaller than my hips. I only found one site in France, and I can not read their information.
