I am rethinking my decision is that normal??

I am so nervous today. Thursday is D-day, and while I know it must be normal to feel anxious and question everything, I am still sitting here wondering if I will be that one statistic that has a terrible experience. Will I die? Oh my gosh...nothing like going to the extreme, right?? Hand holding is definitely needed. I don't know how to get an angel, either. :) Thanks, Lisa
