Looking for finance co options for Gastric Bypass self pay in Texas.

I am self employed and have no insuance so I will have to pay for my procedure out of pocket. Does anyone out there know of finance institutes where a person could get a loan for this procedure that will not gouge a person terribly with the high interest rates? Please help. I am so anxious!
