I'm almost 4 weeks post-op and have no appetite.

I can't seem to eat anything. I don't get sick, but I have no appetite at all. I'm feeling very weak. The doctor said I should be feeling good by now. I don't know how to get over the fact of not being hungry at all. When I do eat though, I don't get sick. Just always feel full. Any suggestions on what I can do. And has anyone else felt like this?
