gained 40 lbs, post op 8 years, stomache stretched on bottom, does surgey help?

I am so frustrated and depressed..I almost wish it was my sutures not this. The doctors have said my food goes through my stomace too fast and doesn't stay in the little puch long enough to make me full. I have gained 40 lbs and am now back in my fat clothes. Most doctors said there is nothing to do, one doctor in Boston has said they can fix this but it is done endoscopically not laprscopiclly and may have to be repeated twice. I know that my insurance will not cover it, so I will be a self pay.The doctors call it an anatomical leak/stretch. I know I am sick of this, I constantly have gas and an upset stomace and I feel frustrated, I am hoping to hear from any one who's had the problem and what they have done. I am suppossed to go to Boston on Jan 9th, and I would like to know if i should do the procedure. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated...Thank you so much...Vivi
