Does liquid Zyrec have a lot of suger, Has it made anyone else dump?

Pre-op I used to take Allegra 180 but it was not available in chewable or liquid forms. So my PCM switched me to liquid Zyrtec until I can handle larger pills again. I had no problem with the Zyretc while I was still in the hospital or in the first few days I was home. Yesterday I took it no problem, but I noticed a bit of nausea. Today I take it and I really nauseated and I am lightly sweating. The PDR mentions a type of sugar in the inactive ingredients but it is second to last, so I thought that meant is a really small amount. Has anyone else had a problem with liquid Zyrtec post op?
