Why do I have diarreah?

I am over 2 years post op and for the last 6 months or so I have noticed I have diarreah alot! Somtimes I have it for a whole day or two but somedays I am completely normal. I will admit that I eat more sugar than I probably should- I am addicted to chocolate- other than that, I try to eat well! Help!!!!!!
