getting insurance to cover

From what I can tell from talking to others with my BCBS of Michigan they will cover to have skin removed from belly button down only and there is no way I can afford to have arms and thighs done which are horrible. Any suggestions in how to get covered? Anyone had any success. All suggestions appreciated and thank you in advance.
