has anyone got approved varies times but one mistake delays the surgery?

has anyone have problem in waiting for surgery because of mistakes the insurance makes (healthnet)got approved to wrong surgery and doctor and hospital,then the right doctor wrong hospital and two more wrong approvals,add deppression to obesity etc...what can i do?
