POST-OP 3YRS I WEIGHT 330 I WEIGHT DOWN 220 I NOW WEIGHT 306 HELP. I KNOW MY POUCH WORK BECAUSE I CAN NOT EAT BIG PORTION MEALS AND IF I OVEREAT I BRING UP THE FOOD. I DONOT LIKE THE PLACE WHERE I HAD MY SURGERY BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT IS MORE MONEY WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. I WANTED TO KNOW IF I GO BACK TO THE BASIC CAN I LOSE ALL MY WEIGHT GAIN
