One A Day Maximum Vitamins
Hi! I plan on calling the nutritionist tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone out there has had any luck/heard of these vitamins. I am 2 1/2 months post op and am taking 2 chewable vitamins per day....they are starting to taste yucky! I was also low in Iron on my last blood test, so the dr put me on 1 iron tablet/day. I happened to be looking at the different vitamins in the store yesterday and found One A Day Maximum Vitamins. I am sure I would still need to take 2 of these (but probably be able to stop the Iron pill), but this particular vitamin has 100% DV of Vit C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vit B6, Folic Acid, Vit B12, Panthothenic Acid, Iron, Iodine, Zinc and Copper. It also has 31% Vit K, 10% Biotin, 16% Calcium, 11% Phosphorus, 25% Magnesium, 29% Selenium, 175% Manganese, 54% Chromium, 213% Molybdenum, 2% each of Cholride and Potassium. Like I said, I plan on calling the nutritionist tomorrow to see if it's ok to take these or if this would be too much vitamins (is there such a thing?), but I wanted to see what anyone here thought. Thanks again! Patti
