how do you guesstimate mens clothes sizes?

hubby had surgery 12/12 and has already lost 30 lbs.(the little bum, i am so jealous:)he wears uniforms and is going back to work in 4 wks. we have no idea what size uniforms to order now for when he goes back to work. any guys out there with suggestions. us ladies have a little easier time i think. i wore dresses alot during the fast loss stage. thanks, patsy and david in las vegas
