Anybody my size have surgery?

I am 400 pounds at 5ft 5". I am 30 years old and would like to have surgery. I would like to hear from people about my size who have had the surgery. Would like to know what results you got and what sizes you are now. Did you have to have excess skin removed etc. Thanks!
