I need a support person.

I have posted twice to the site in the past week .Neither of my posts are appearing on the site. I e-mailed one of my posts to the person listed for problems on the site and have not heard back since. Help me !! I have been looking for somebody in my area as a contact support person and my sgy is thursday 5/23
