Where to buy Vit. D, A/D, and Calcium Citrate (water dispersible)

To Ontario Canada DS people. Where do you get your Vitamin D, A/D, and Calcium Citrate products? I don't mind taking pills, but I don't want to have to take 12 pills of calcium a day. Any suggestions please?
