Fatty liver after lapband

Hi there, it has been 6 years since I've had my lapband and lost weight. I have had a couple of set backs from it....such as gallbladder removal 2 months after and now I'm experiencing liver pain and most likely it's fatty liver...has anyone with the lapband experienced fattyliver after losing weight ? non the right absorbtion of protiens and maybe high cholesteral....? any thoughts at all would be greatly appreciated....
