can you help?

i had a ct scan of my insides and just got the news my liver is enlarged and i have a cyst on my adrenal gland. if anyone out there tell me if this will interfair with my soon to be lapband surgery. sorry guys but i have waited 2 yrs for this and all of the sudden i am scared something is going to stop it from happening. thanks
