Hello all...8weeks out need help with the carbs and 2g sugar rule...
I have read the diet forum and have noticed that people are eating things that have more than the 2grams of sugar..like cereal(special k w/ strawberries) I thought these things may cause dumping..and I keep craving carbs like mac and cheese, pizza and lasagna..pls help me guys, i have lost 40 pounds and want to keep going...advice anyone?
