Has anyone found a health insurer post-op?

I have been on COBRA insurance for 17 months. Applied for medical insurance and was declined due to WEIGHT LOSS combined with low blood sugar (under control) plus my current weight/height (230, 5'7"). I have lost 180 #'s and kept it off for 7 years. Does anyone know of an insurance that will insure my situation. I have no health problems.
