Thigh Lift Financing

Good morning everyone!! I have just been notified that I have been approved for a panniculectomy from my insurance company. I am so excited and am scheduled for surgery on April 4th, 2006. I wanted to have a thighplasty done at the same time. It is approved to do the procedures at the same time by my surgeon, but my insurance will only pay for the panniculectomy. I am trying to find financing options or ideas on how to pay for the thighplasty. The procedure will cost $3530.00 out of pocket. Any ideas on how I can go about paying this? Anyone use a financing company they can reccommend? Please keep in mind when answering; I am a single parent with limited income. I can afford a monthly payment, but my credit is not so great. My credit score is currently 512 if that is helpful. Thanks a lot for any input, and wish me luck
