MEDICAL EXCLUSION what is this.... I feel like crying

called the Insurace Humana they said there is a medical exclusion in the contract they can not do anything the surgery is not covered...I am so tired of this rollercoaster of a ride maybe this is not for me.....HAVE THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE AND WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME...please advise
