HOW DO WE JUMP START WEIGHT LOSS AFTER GAINING
I lost 100 pounds had surgery two years ago. I never got down to where I wanted to but I was ok with the 150 weight after weighing in at 254 and being 5'2". However, being comfortable where I was has now lead to snacking and eating all day lone of course not the right things. I have regained 20 pounds and of course I am not fitting my new wardrobe anymore. I am trying to just drink my protein 3 times a day and a light salad with maybe a piece of meat once aday. My surgeon said I can get by with the protein and vitamins I don't need food at all. Anyone else have any ideas? I went through to much to give in to my mind food cravings, I truly am not hungry.
